Gratitude is one of the biggest parts of the law of attraction. It’s so vital to raise your vibrations to get yourself in a good positive energy to manifest. Being grateful is just something which you should do anyway and be grateful for everything you currently have in your life.  This will allow you to attract even more amazing things and continue to manifest successfully.

You will go through phases where you feel grateful and amazing, and then other times you will not feel grateful for all of the things in your life. This is normal human behavior so try not to beat yourself up too much. You have to get out of this typical human way of thinking and rewire your brain to a completely new way of thinking. The thoughts that we think every single day send an electrical signal out into the field.  The way in which we think and feel produces a state of being. Therefore if we change the way we think we can become a different and better person.

Neuroscience has proven that we as humans can change our brains and negative thought patterns. This means that just by thinking differently, we can change our behaviors, attitudes, and beliefs. Trying to change this though is extremely difficult, as every single negative thought and event you have experienced in your life is programmed into your subconscious mind.

Most neuroscientists agree that your subconscious mind runs on autopilot around 95% of the day. For those of you who have been driving for years, remember back when you first started and how much of a struggle it was to remember to change gear, check your mirrors and all of the other details that come with learning to drive. When you have been driving for a number of years, you hardly even remember your journey anytime you are in your car. This is an example of the subconscious mind running you on autopilot.

If you’re not grateful for the things you already have, you will be at a low vibration and the universe is not going to send you more things. You need to stop focusing on the things you don’t have, and focus on the things you do have.

Nobody is perfect, so don’t stress out or feel bad if your having a bad day or negative thought’s. It’s going to take a while to break this negative pattern. The thing is that you become consciously aware of being grateful. If you do this, then over time you will develop this new habit and re-program you mind to a new way of thinking.

Always remember, if you want more from the universe, be grateful for what the universe is giving you right now. This will allow it to open the doors to lift up your vibrations and bless you with whatever it is you want to manifest. The universe loves that you are a powerful being.
